Strengthen your connection, find your calm, and wiggle your worries away! Join Lauren for a 4-week journey designed to bridge the gap between playful movement and mindful stillness. Whether you have a spirited toddler or a curious grade-schooler, this series offers a space for families to move together in a way that feels like play.

Series Details
Dates: Fridays, June 12th – July 3rd (4 Sessions)
Time: 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM
Ages: Designed for children ages 2 through elementary school and their grown-ups.

What to Expect
Each week, we’ll explore a new theme through a mix of:
Storytelling Yoga: We don’t just do poses; we go on adventures! 
Partner Poses: Build trust and teamwork with "Double Trees" and "Buddy Boats."
Breath Play: Fun techniques like "Bunny Breaths" and "Bee Humming" to help kids (and parents!) regulate emotions.
Mindful Moments: A gentle closing relaxation (Savasana) involving guided imagery or "magic relaxation" blankets.

Additional Details for Your Registration

What to Bring: A yoga mat for you and your child (if you don’t have two, a large beach towel works great for the little ones!). Wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in.

Investment: $60 for the full 4-week series / $30 for additional children.

Note: No prior yoga experience is required for parents or children. Come as you are!
